Welcome to the webpage for KTA, Inc. You may know us by our former name, Kaiser-Taulbee Associates, Inc. With this site, we will introduce you to our firm, some sample projects, and the services that we can provide for you.

KTA provides mechanical and electrical engineering services for the building construction industry. These services include the design of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, sprinkler, lighting, power distribution, and communications systems, determining opinions of probable construction cost, and providing construction administration services. While our project sites are primarily located within Kentucky and secondarily within the states surrounding Kentucky, our project sites range from New Jersey to Arizona. Our current project list includes the largest and most expensive high school in the state of Kentucky, the renovation of a former courthouse into a museum, a new middle school, a new building for the College of Business of a major University, high voltage underground utility relocations, HVAC system replacements, geothermal HVAC system installations, MRI/catscan/linear accelerator medical equipment installations, and governmental facility security upgrades.

Our first priority is always the health, safety, and welfare of the people who come into contact with our designs. Our next priority is to provide designs that meet and exceed the client's needs and desires. All of KTA’s projects are optimized to be energy efficient, easily maintainable, and effective designs to keep every one of our clients satisfied. We provide our services on time and on budget. The large number of repeat clients and clients whose relationships with KTA extend ten years and longer prove our success in meeting our goals.
