Mr. Wade has more than twenty-five years of experience in the design of HVAC plumbing, fire protection, and sprinkler systems.  Since joining KTA, Inc. Mr. Wade has designed mechanical systems for numerous projects, including renovation for seven elementary schools in Laurel County, two elementary schools in Perry County, the new Fayette County Detention Facility, air conditioning of Paramount Theater in Ashland, Solomon Smith Barney office fit-up in Lexington and Louisville, the Tates Creek Branch Library in Lexington, new technology buildings at Maysville and    Prestonsburg Community Colleges, four schools in Fayette County and the            Recreation/Athletic Facility in Georgetown, KY.

 

Prior to joining KTA, Mr. Wade was employed by the University of Kentucky     Medical Center Physical Plant Division in Lexington, Kentucky between 1986 and 1997.  While at the University of Kentucky Medical Center Mr. Wade designed     engineering and architectural projects within the Medical Center, as well as providing project management throughout the construction phase of the projects.  Some of the project experience at the Medical Center included:

Convert S1 Air Handling Unit to Digital Controls   

Replace Acid Waste Risers

Mr. Wade’s extensive design capabilities include:     Plumbing, Boilers, Chillers, Steam Systems, HVAC, Energy Management, Controls, Industrial Process Equipment & Machine Design.

 

Mr. Wade is a Principal of KTA, Inc. and serves on the Board of Directors as Vice

President.
