Mr. Knauer, Associate of Applied Science, oversees mechanical design, energy-related calculations, operational cost projections, heating/cooling/ventilating loads and construction cost estimating.  Mr. Knauer supervises KTA’s Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) Department.  Mr. Knauer manages and schedules    mechanical design personnel & CADD production.

 

Mr. Knauer is a lead Mechanical Systems Designer for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire     Protection and Utilities.  Mr. Knauer has completed projects for commercial,        governmental, industrial, educational and residential buildings.

 

Mr. Knauer’s experience with KTA since 1981 has involved many hospitals,      healthcare facilities, state universities, lower education facilities, commercial        facilities,  detention facilities, governmental facilities, historical facilities and        libraries.  Mr. Knauer’s  design work has included all types of systems relating to HVAC, plumbing and fire protection.

 

Mr. Knauer is also experienced at project coordination of all related areas of his work to see a project through to its completion.  Construction Administration is also a part of  Mr. Knauer’s qualifications.

 

 Mr. Knauer is a Principal of KTA, Inc. and serves on the Board of Directors as  President.
