Construction Administration Services

KTA does not desert the client once construction documents have been completed. We will help the client through the bidding process either by conducting the entire bid process on projects where we are the prime consultant or by assisting the prime consultant. We will review and evaluate the bids, bidders, and the bidder's proposed materials and we will make recommendations to the client.

Once the construction phase has begun, KTA will maintain a regular presence at the jobsite to observe the construction practices of the contractor. KTA will observe the contractor's work to ensure that the general intent of the contract drawings and specifications is maintained and to advise the client regarding the contractor's installations and quality of work. Field Reports can be provided after every site visit and KTA will attend regular progress meetings throughout the construction process. By remaining involved during the entire construction phase, we help ensure that the client is left with the quality facilities and systems that were designed and anticipated.
