Opinions of Probable Construction Cost

Cost opinions are provided on a regular basis for all KTA projects. Typically, cost opinions are generated at the end of the schematic and design development stages and when the construction drawings are completed. These cost opinions are based upon several resources including standard industry costing manuals, direct interaction with suppliers and contractors, and through a wealth of historical data. By carefully monitoring the bidding environment and keeping in close working contact with contractors throughout the state, KTA is able to provide opinions of probable construction cost that reflect the true current state of construction pricing.
